A.J. Rubber & Sponge Ltd. is capable of roll slitting flexible materials such as foam, rubber and sponge for the process of custom seal and gasket (ie. custom neoprene gaskets) fabrication. As custom gasket and seal fabricators, we have made a number of financial investments to ensure that we are outfitted with some of the most versatile converting equipment on the market today so as to provide our customers the highest quality roll slitting services. Our 45+ years in business combined with our industry experience have allowed us to slit many difficult to process materials for the production of custom seals and gaskets, including custom neoprene gaskets. We are capable of roll slitting a wide variety of in demand materials including, but not limited to:
